What We Offer

  • Sanding and Preparation: We use advanced sanding equipment to remove the old, damaged finish and surface imperfections while minimizing dust and disruption in your space. This creates a smooth, clean surface for the next steps.

  • Custom Staining Options: We offer a wide range of stain colors and finishes, allowing you to choose the perfect look for your floors. Whether you prefer a classic natural wood tone or something more modern and bold, our team will help you find the right shade to suit your space.

  • High-Quality Finish Application: We apply durable finishing products to protect your floor and enhance its appearance. Choose from matte, satin, semi-gloss, or high-gloss finishes based on your personal preference and lifestyle needs.

  • Repairs and Restoration: In addition to refinishing, we can address common issues such as gaps, cracks, and damaged boards. Our skilled technicians will repair your flooring to ensure a flawless end result.

  • Eco-Friendly Options: Concerned about the environment? We offer eco-friendly finishing products that minimize environmental impact without compromising on quality or durability.

Benefits of Our Hardwood Floor Refinishing

  • Restore Beauty and Shine: Over time, floors can become dull and lifeless. Refinishing brings back their natural luster, allowing the stunning grain and character of the wood to shine through. With a professional refinishing job, your floors will look just like they did when they were first installed—or even better.

  • Extend the Life of Your Floors: Hardwood floors are an investment, and refinishing helps protect that investment. By addressing wear and tear and adding a protective finish, you can significantly extend the lifespan of your flooring, delaying the need for costly replacements.

  • Enhance Your Home’s Value: Well-maintained hardwood floors are a major selling point for potential buyers. A refinished floor not only boosts your home’s aesthetic appeal but also increases its market value, making it a wise choice for homeowners considering selling in the future.

  • Cost-Effective Solution: Refinishing is a more affordable option compared to replacing your entire floor. With proper maintenance after refinishing, you can enjoy long-lasting results that save you money in the long term.

  • Improve Indoor Air Quality: Worn and scratched floors can collect dust, allergens, and dirt. Refinishing eliminates these imperfections, creating a smoother surface that’s easier to clean and contributing to a healthier indoor environment.

Our Process

At Four Corner Flooring Inc, we take pride in our systematic, client-focused approach to hardwood floor refinishing. Every step of our process is designed to ensure superior results while providing you with a seamless and stress-free experience. Here’s how we work:

  1. Initial Consultation: The process begins with an in-depth consultation to assess your flooring and discuss your goals. We’ll listen carefully to your preferences, evaluate the condition of your hardwood, and provide professional recommendations tailored to your needs.

  2. Detailed Preparation: Before starting the refinishing process, we take the necessary steps to protect your home or business. This includes sealing off doorways, covering furniture, and implementing top-of-the-line dust containment systems to minimize mess.

  3. Sanding: Using advanced sanding equipment, we remove the old finish, scratches, and surface imperfections. Our team pays close attention to detail, ensuring the wood is perfectly smooth and ready for the next stage.

  4. Staining (Optional): If you’d like to update the color of your floors, we’ll help you choose from a range of stains to achieve your desired look. From rich, dark tones to light, airy finishes, we’ve got something for every taste.

  5. Application of Finish: Once sanding and staining are complete, we apply a high-quality finish to protect the wood and enhance its appearance. Depending on your preference, we offer a variety of finishes, each designed to provide durability and a beautiful sheen.

  6. Final Inspection and Cleanup: Before we consider the project complete, we conduct a thorough inspection to ensure every detail meets our rigorous standards. We’ll also clean the workspace, leaving your home or business spotless and ready to enjoy.

Our process combines skill, precision, and quality materials to achieve stunning results, every time. From start to finish, you can trust our team to treat your floors—and your space—with the utmost respect and care.
